Everyone must wash hands upon arrival. Visitors are provided a fluffy pillow and a sprig of cilantro in each enclosure to feed the bunnies. We wish we could give more cilantro, but we don't want them to get upset tummies! 15-20 minutes is spent in each private enclosure interacting with a solo or bonded pair of bun.
Daily 10am-8pm & closed 1-3pm. Space is not guaranteed so reservations are STRONGLY recommended! Schaumburg hrs vary.
Unlimited visits for 30 days from the date of first interaction following purchase. Membership is per person and is non-transferrable. Members are limited to one interaction per day and must adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy or the Membership may be terminated. Reservations can be made by choosing "Membership" when checking out through the online booking portal.
Please know that we do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to issue a full refund. If you need to cancel for any reason wih less than 24 hours notice, consider your payment to be a donation to help with the care required to keep our sweet bunnies health. Exotic veterinary care is very expensive!
