Everyone must wash hands upon arrival. Visitors are provided a fluffy pillow and a sprig of cilantro in each privatesure to feed the bunnies. We wish we could give more cilantro, but they would have upset tummies by the end of the day! 15-20 minutes is spent in each enclosure with either a solo or bonded pair of buns.
Daily 10am-8pm & closed 1-3pm. Space is not guaranteed so reservations are STRONGLY recommended! Schaumburg hrs vary.
Unlimited visits for 30 days from the date of first interaction following purchase. Membership is per person and is non-transferrable. Members are limited to one interaction per day and must adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy or the Membership may be terminated. Reservations can be made by choosing "Membership" when checking out through the online booking portal.
Please know that we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to issue a full refund. If you need to cancel for ANY reason with less than 24 hours notice, consider your payment to be a donation to help with the care required to keep our sweet bunnies healthy. Exotic veterinary care is very expensive!
